Given our driven income approach and expense management, the owner was able to sell the property within 3 years at a value of nearly 2 times their property basis.
- Studio Record Rent – We understand the value of every additional dollar to the rent roll and in a downtown SLC renovated studio project, we have achieved record rents at over $4 per square foot. We are pioneers in the micro-unit space and have proven its success.
- Massive NOI Increase in South Salt Lake – We took over an under-managed 16 unit property and increased rents from $900 to $1,100 per month and added an ancillary fee structure. This increased the owners net income to approximately $4,000 per month, which is far more than the cost of our management fee.
